SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms govern the Getting Better Wrestling text message marketing program (the "Program"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

When you opt in to the Program, you will receive recurring automated marketing text messages (such as promotions, product launches, giveaways, and cart reminders) from Getting Better Wrestling at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of entering any giveaway.

2. Cost and Frequency

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

3. Opting Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages unless you re-subscribe.

5. Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change and delivery is not guaranteed.

6. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile information.

7. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
