Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Getting Better Wrestling website and any purchase you make through it (together, the "Services"), operated by Gettin Better Wrestling ("we", "us"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to make a purchase, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Products, pricing, and availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We work to keep product descriptions, sizing information, images, pricing, and inventory accurate, but errors happen; we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel orders arising from them (including orders placed at an obviously incorrect price), with a full refund of any amount charged. Product colors may render differently on different screens. Availability is not guaranteed until your order ships.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, address problems, or stock errors); if we decline after payment, you'll receive a full refund. Payment is processed at checkout by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

4. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping costs and timing are shown at checkout. Free-shipping promotions apply to qualifying orders as described at the time of purchase. Risk of loss passes to you on our delivery of the order to the carrier; title passes on delivery to you. Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and automatic promotions (such as bundle pricing) are subject to their stated conditions, can't be combined unless we say otherwise, have no cash value, and may be modified or ended at any time. Abuse of promotions (including self-referral or automated exploitation) voids the discount.

7. Affiliate program

Our affiliate program is governed by its own terms presented at affiliate signup. Affiliate commissions, tiers, and payouts are described there and may be updated with notice.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to breach security, scrape at abusive volume, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, place fraudulent orders, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

9. Intellectual property

The Services and their content — including the Gettin Better Wrestling name, logos, product designs, photos, and text — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except as needed to browse and purchase.

10. User content

If you submit content to us (reviews, photos, messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it in connection with the Services and our marketing, and you confirm you have the rights to grant that license. We may remove content at our discretion.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some states do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to proceed in your home state.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order governs that order. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
